A note on the amounts: in the original record a single amount is often shown once against a group of donors rather than against every name. The amounts here appear exactly where the original record places them, and no amount has been added, split or assigned to a name it was not recorded against.

The roll consists of several consecutive listings, and each is reproduced here in the order the record presents it. A donor who appears in more than one listing in the record therefore appears more than once on this page, and collective entries such as “Well Wishers” are kept as the roll records them.
